All orders are processed and shipped via USPS after payment is received. Domestic shipping rates apply, and estimated delivery times may vary by state. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Processing Time: Please allow 3-4 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) for us to process and craft your order.
  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your purchase, and a second notification will be sent once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking Information: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping within the U.S.
  • Insurance Protection: No additional charges apply unless you opt to purchase insurance protection at checkout.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Damage or Loss During Shipping: We carefully package all orders; however, once the package is in transit, we are not liable for any damage, delays, or losses caused by USPS or any other carrier. If you are concerned about potential damage or loss, we highly recommend purchasing insurance protection at checkout.
  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to address errors.

Cancellation Policy

  • Order Changes & Cancellations: You may modify or cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase. After this period, all orders are final, as production begins promptly.
  • Processing Agreement: By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the 3-4 week processing time before shipping.

All Sales Are Final – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, for any of our custom products. As these items are made specifically to order and cannot be resold or restocked. All sales are final.
