Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable:
- Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded once purchased, as they are created specifically for our customers and cannot be resold once the products are completed.
Replacement Policy:
If any of our products require replacement parts after 30 days from the date of the initial purchase,
these parts will need to be purchased by the customer from the replacement parts area on our website.
- Damage by Maker: If your custom-made product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing error, we will gladly replace it. Please contact within 24 to 48 hour of receiving your order to report this issue.
- Damage During Shipping: We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. Please inspect your items upon receipt and report any shipping-related damages to the carrier.

- We are unable to offer replacements for products damaged during shipping; these issues should be addressed with the shipping carrier.
